installation de phpmyadmin

Bonjour à tous,

En essayant d'installer phpmyadmin avec la commande:

emerge -av dev-db/phpmyadmin

voici ce que j'obtiens apres compilation, une erreur:

Je ne sais ce qu'il faut faire pour resoudre ce probleme. les parametres de webapp-config n'a pas pu etre lu.
Pourrez vous m'aider à resoudre cette erreur?
