Salut j'ai un problème l'un de mes ordi gèle sans prévenir la souris et le clavier ne répond plus. Sa arrive souvent sans prévenir. Il gèle depuis mandriva et sous kubuntu aussi et je doit réanimer windows très souvent à coup de CTRL ATL SPR.
Sous windows ça m'inquiète pas beaucoup mais depuis mandriva et kubuntu ça me donne l'impression qu'il s'agit d'un problème matériel.

Comment faire pour trouver d'ou vient le problème ?

    Quelque précison sur le systeme géle avec le kernel 2.6.17.9 comme avec le noyau par defaut de mandriva et celui de kubuntu optimiser pour les AMD (k7) J'ai aussi un probleme bisarre, quand je redemmare l'ordi l'affichage est pas normal il y a tout de ligne qui bouge partout à l'écran ( c'est du a ma carte ati ça faisait sur l'autre ordi ou je l'avais monté). mon matériel en bref carte mère asrock K7S41GX carte ati radeon 700 carte son creative live! 512 ram disque dur maxtor 60go la commande lshw donne ça :

      J'ai pratiquement le même matériel (même carte mère, même carte graphique) et ça m'est déjà arrivé sous debian. Je n'ai pas trouvé d'explication (rien d'interessant dans les logs), mais j'ai remarqué que cela se produisait surtout quand X était surchargé, et quand je lançais certains programmes qui utilisaient le rendu direct par la carte graphique. Tout ça me fait penser que ça viendrait peut-être de ma vieille radeon 7000. Bizarrement, il y a eu une période où c'était fréquent, et la ça c'est calmé. Pourtant je n'ai pas changé de kernel, ni de version de X.org... Un vrai mystère...
      Il me parait évident que ces incidents sont en relation avec le matériel, mais je n'en sais pas plus.
